Description
A single cask of Speyside malt from Strathmill, distilled on 14th May 1974 and matured for twenty-six years before bottling in the First Cask series at 46% vol. The label records cask number 1225 and this bottle as number 59. Strathmill, in Keith, Banffshire, has long sent most of its spirit into blended whisky, so single malt bottlings of this age appear only occasionally. An unblended cask, as the label states, and a genuinely scarce expression of a rarely seen Speyside distillery.
