Timeless Whisky operates in full accordance with UK licensing law and holds a valid premises license.
- Challenge 25 is strictly enforced
- Alcohol sold only to persons aged 18 or over
- Age-verified delivery only, during licensed hours. ID shall be requested before sale is completed
- Deliveries shall only be made to residential or business addresses (not to public places)
- Drivers are to abort delivery where sale is believed to be a ‘street sale’
- Delivery shall be refused where driver considers the person receiving the delivery is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
